Cancellation Policy

Missed Appointment Policy At our facility, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, we also value the time and commitment of our healthcare professionals, as well as the efficient management of our resources. To ensure fairness and maintain a smooth operation, we have implemented the following Missed Appointment Policy: Missed Appointment Fee In the event that you miss a scheduled appointment without providing adequate notice (up to 24 hours before the start time), a fee of $50 will be charged to your account. This fee is designed to offset the costs associated with the reserved time slot and resources allocated for your appointment. Adequate Notice To avoid the Missed Appointment Fee, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This notice period allows us to make the necessary adjustments and offer the appointment slot to another patient in need. Exceptions We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events beyond your control. In such cases, the Missed Appointment Fee may be waived at the discretion of our staff. We encourage open communication and will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis with compassion and understanding. Repeated Missed Appointments While we aim to be understanding, repeated missed appointments without proper notice may result in additional measures. After three missed appointments within a 12-month period, we reserve the right to review your status as a patient and potentially discontinue our services. Appointment Reminders To assist you in keeping track of your scheduled appointments, we offer courtesy reminders via phone, text message, or email. However, please note that it is ultimately your responsibility to attend your appointments as scheduled or provide timely notice of cancellation. We value our patients and strive to provide the highest quality of care. By implementing this Missed Appointment Policy, we aim to ensure efficient use of our resources and maintain a fair system for all patients. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.
